Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week.
• Treat 12-14 patients daily with double-booking of follow-up visits as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Float to other clinics as required to meet departmental needs.

Required Qualifications:

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts during daytime hours.
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous outpatient clinical experience.
• Familiarity with patient productivity metrics.
• Ability to adapt to different clinic environments.
