Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients.
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and refer to other clinics as needed.
• Manage an average of 12-14 patient visits per day, with double-booking of follow-ups.
• Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week.
• Ensure all therapy hours are approved by the director prior to execution.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.
• Willingness to float to other clinics if necessary.
• Ability to accept new grads and first-time travelers.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy.
• Flexibility to work in neighboring clinics.
• Comfortable with a productivity-driven environment and double-booking follow-ups.
