Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic patients.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 visits per day, with potential double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain productivity expectations of around 60 visits per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work full-time day shifts.
• Capable of managing a busy outpatient clinic setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Orthopedic outpatient therapy background.
• Ability to handle a high-volume patient caseload efficiently.
• Flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week, with prior approval for overtime.
