Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a modern outpatient clinic setting.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans during scheduled paid documentation time.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced and newer clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to clinic policies and protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Experience providing outpatient physical therapy services.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system.
• Prior experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings.

Additional Details

• Shifts: Days, 12 hours per shift (8:30 AM – 8:30 PM)
• Shifts per week: 3
• Total weekly hours: approximately 36 hours (most weeks closer to 40 hours)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break
