Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit with a capacity of 13 beds
• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 to ensure quality care
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with physician orders
• Adhere to safety and hospital protocols to ensure patient well-being

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma
• Experience working in a medical-surgical unit preferred
• Ability to confidently monitor and care for multiple patients simultaneously
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a 13-bed Med/Surg unit or similar setting
• Knowledge of pain management and post-operative care
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
