Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• See approximately 12-14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize patient care.
• Ensure patient treatment plans are executed effectively within scheduled hours.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and obtain approval for overtime hours when necessary.
• Cover float shifts at multiple clinics within the region.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license for the state of Texas.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to accept new grads and first-time travelers.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with at least 36 hours guaranteed.
• Flexibility to work in different clinic locations as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient settings.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and double-book follow-up visits.
