Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to clients in various settings.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for individuals with speech and language disorders.
• Implement therapy interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Document progress and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families to ensure effective care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Proven experience in speech therapy, preferably in clinical or outpatient settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work comfortably in a team environment.
• Knowledge of current speech therapy techniques and practices.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with therapy documentation and documentation software.
