- Full-time, rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and ensure safe and effective patient care in the operating room.
- Prepare, assemble, and maintain surgical instrumentation and equipment.
- Assist in various surgical procedures by scrubbing on a wide variety of cases.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the OR.
- Participate in 24-hour call coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Washington State Surgical Tech license required.
- Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.
- Previous experience or familiarity with surgical instrument management is preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced surgical environment.
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and surgeries concurrently.
