• Full-time, Nights, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on long-term acute care (LTAC) units, including subacute rehab, households, pulmonary, and memory care units.
• Float to various units including Burks, halls, and households, with responsibilities varying based on unit needs.
• Recognize and respond to patient needs, adhering to high standards of safety and care, especially for patients with dementia or reduced cognitive abilities.
• Assist with wound care, chronic and acute illness management, ventilator support, and other complex medical needs.
• Ensure timely patient documentation and coordinate with team members to deliver effective care.
• Maintain strict attendance and punctuality, complying with hospital policies on time management.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Maryland or Compact LVN/LPN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a hospital or LTAC setting.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM).
• Must be able to float between units within scope of practice.
• References required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for ventilator-dependent patients or residents with complex respiratory needs.
• Familiarity with dementia and memory care units.
• Ability to recognize patient preferences, routines, and needs to provide personalized care.
