Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Manage a productivity load of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to ensure efficient scheduling.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and supervisors to ensure optimal patient care.
• Work with a flexible schedule, including occasional float to other clinics if necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week; overtime must be approved in advance.
• Strong patient management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient or clinic-based physical therapy experience.
• Ability to handle a high patient volume with efficiency and professionalism.
