Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Day shifts, full-time

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, including evaluations and treatment plans
• See approximately 12-14 patients per day with a productivity goal of 60 visits per week
• Manage follow-up visits, including double-booking as required
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; overtime must be approved in advance
• Potentially float to other clinics as needed

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure or license eligible for physical therapy in Tennessee
• Prior outpatient experience preferred
• Excellent patient communication and assessment skills
• Ability to manage a busy schedule and multi-task effectively

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient clinics or similar settings
• Knowledge of documentation and electronic health records systems
