Schedule / Job Type

• Contract, Nights, 13 weeks, 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float to various departments as needed and maintain flexibility
• Ensure compliance with patient safety and infection control standards
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records within the facility's electronic system

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State nursing license or multi-state license
• Approved 6-hour suicide prevention training
• Verification of demographics from Nursys
• Current BLS certification
• Knowledge of Meditech electronic medical records (preferred but not required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS and NIHSS certifications
• Prior experience in a hospital medical-surgical unit
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to float to different departments as needed
