Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and injury prevention
• Document patient sessions accurately and in accordance with compliance standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in physical therapy practice
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational skills to manage patient treatment schedules

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
• familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
