Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to rehabilitation patients in a clinical setting.
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient information and care activities accurately.
- Assist in patient education and discharge planning.
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky.
- Previous experience in rehabilitation or a similar healthcare setting preferred.
- CPR and BLS certifications.
- Strong patient assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with post-acute or rehab patient care.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
