Job Title

• Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

Schedule / Job Type

• Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, 8 or 12 weeks assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Work night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.
• Float between facilities as needed and adhere to facility protocols.
• Follow all compliance and documentation requirements, including certifications and references.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete necessary modules and compliance checks prior to start date.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio RRT license in hand.
• Active NBRC certification (CRT or RRT).
• Valid BLS certification, in hand at time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• All required certifications active and not pending.
• Ability to provide two recent management references within 12 months.
• Must pass a drug screen (nicotine and 10-panel).
• Background check clearance; no license hits.
• Negative drug screen and BCI/FBI background check completed within 48 hours of signing.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in Cleveland Clinic facilities or similar hospital environments.
• Experience working night shifts and floating across multiple facilities.
• Strong compliance and documentation management skills.
