Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to inpatient adult and geriatric patients with a variety of diagnoses including orthopedic, neurosurgical, cardiovascular, and medically complex conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using electronic medical records.
• Cover shifts based on schedule needs, including weekday and weekend shifts as required.
• Adapt schedules as needed for surgical procedures and patient needs, potentially working four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Ohio license and registry in good standing (cannot be in process).
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system preferred.
• Experience with orthopedic, post-operative, neurosurgical, neurological, and cardiovascular patients preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with joint replacement surgery patients.
• Knowledge of critical care and medically complex patient management.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
