Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic needs.
• Manage a caseload with an expected productivity of approximately 60 visits per week.
• Double-book follow-up visits and see 12-14 patients daily.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and follow approval processes for additional overtime hours.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes for each patient.
• Support patient recovery through evidence-based therapy interventions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Ability to work full shifts, typically 8 hours per day.
• Strong patient management and documentation skills.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics within the network.
• Must be approved by director before working overtime hours.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
