Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic patients.
• Treat a patient caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; productivity goal is 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure appropriate planning of OT hours.
• Float to other clinics within the area as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or eligibility in Texas as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to float between clinics within the region.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
