Schedule / Job Type:
Full-time, Night shifts, 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide perioperative nursing care in a Level 1 Trauma 18-bed Operating Room.
• Assist with a variety of surgeries including General, Robotic, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spinal, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Burns, Urology, GYN, and Transplant procedures.
• Circulate and scrub in surgical cases, focusing on Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery.
• Collaborate closely with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EPIC electronic medical record system.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of operating room RN experience.
• Experience in Level 1 trauma centers and extensive scrub experience.
• Current EPIC and BCLS certifications.
• Valid compact or state nursing license in Ohio (or OS license if applicable).

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience with ENT, GU, Plastics, or Burns surgeries.
• Familiarity with high-acuity trauma care procedures.

Additional Notes:

• Strict compliance deadline for credentialing and fingerprinting; candidates must complete necessary steps immediately after signing.
• RTO (Reasonable Time Off) must be built into the contract.
• Candidates outside Ohio within driving distance are expected to complete fingerprinting in Ohio; distant candidates will receive a fingerprinting packet.
• Travel compliance and referral requirements apply.
• References: Two professional references required, including at least one supervisory reference.
• Education from ACEN or CCNE-accredited programs is mandatory.
