Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including orthopedic and sports cases.
• Assist with patient evaluations, treatment planning, and implement therapy programs.
• Manage a productivity rate of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
• Double-book follow-up visits when appropriate, with flexible scheduling up to 40 hours per week.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and obtain approval from the director for any overtime hours.
• Maintain documented progress notes and adhere to departmental protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work days and adapt to clinic schedules.
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers; no prior experience required.
• Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week, with guaranteed 36 hours.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient or orthopedic therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple patients efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
