Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services to patients.
- Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to therapy.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care.
- Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.
- Support patient education and engagement during sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or credential.
- Previous experience in occupational therapy assisting preferred.
- Knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow treatment plans.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient or hospital settings.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
