Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services to patients.
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.
• Support patient education and engagement during sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or credential.
• Previous experience in occupational therapy assisting preferred.
• Knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow treatment plans.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
