Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 1 shift per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for patients in a 33-bed Cardiac Ventricular Care Unit (CVCU) or Stepdown Unit
• Monitor and manage patient vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall condition
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during overnight shifts
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately and timely

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in cardiac or stepdown care preferred
• Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring and related procedures
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a cardiac stepdown or critical care unit
• Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• BLS and ACLS certifications
