- Full-time, Contract, 18 weeks, 7 shifts per week, 12-hour day shifts (6 a.m. - 6 p.m.), every other weekend required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety standards, including completing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement resident care plans.
- Conduct clinical interviews with candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Adhere to all regulatory and facility-specific protocols, including DHHS and BLS requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Nebraska.
- Experience or knowledge of the cottage care model preferred.
- Must have current BLS (American Heart Association or ARC) certification.
- Ability to pass a clinical interview.
- Recent DHHS clearance within 48 hours of placement.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous LTC/SNF experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cottage-style care models.
