• Full-time, day shifts, outpatient setting

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Manage a patient caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, adhering to productivity standards of 60 visits per week.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality patient care.
• May work at a neighboring clinic or within a travel team, depending on schedule needs.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize appointment flow, with OT hours needing director approval.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist (or PTA if applicable).
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers and new graduates.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
• Experience with patient documentation and treatment planning.
