Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services at multiple facility locations.
• Assess and develop treatment plans for patients based on individual needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse patient requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid credential as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• State licensure or certification as required.
• Experience working in a clinical or facility setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in multiple facility environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
