Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Full-time, 13-week assignment, Days shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to antepartum and postpartum patients in a labor and delivery unit
- Perform routine assessments, fetal monitoring, vital signs, and finger sticks
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to unit policies and follow safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- ACLS, BLS, NRP, and IFM certifications
- Basic understanding of inpatient care procedures in obstetrics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in Labor and Delivery or antepartum nursing
- Knowledge of Meditech EMR system
- CPN certification is a plus
- Outgoing, confident, and eager personality
