Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within a dialysis unit, managing acute and chronic cases.
• Monitor patient vitals and adjust treatments accordingly to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans for dialysis patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, including certification requirements.
• Float within hospital or to affiliated facilities as needed, supporting various units within the hospital.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in state of Indiana, in hand prior to start date.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in dialysis or related units.
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
• Experience with apheresis equipment, dialysis procedures, central lines, and ports.
• Ability to work 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
• Clear background check and current references.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in units such as GVHD, BO, CTCL, or Photopheresis.
• Knowledge of advanced dialysis equipment and protocols.
• Flexibility to float across hospital units as needed.
