• Full-time, daytime shifts, 5 shifts per week, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Deliver care across multiple facilities in Booneville and Columbia, MO

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Certification in CPR/BLS (if required)
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Experience working in multiple facility settings is a plus
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
