• Days shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to inpatient and outpatient populations in a rehabilitation and acute hospital setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform procedures including neuro rehab, stroke recovery, SCI, BI, and post-acute care assessments.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) efficiently and maintain accurate documentation.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills, meet productivity standards, and coordinate care effectively.
• Adapt between multiple programs and settings as needed in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas or eligible for licensure in Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in neuro rehabilitation, stroke rehab, SCI, or BI.
• Experience working in acute, inpatient Rehab, and outpatient settings.
• Ability to transition seamlessly across multiple programs and understand post-acute guidelines.
• Knowledge of CARE assessment tools and utilization of post-acute care protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neuro rehabilitation background including SCI, BI, and stroke management.
• Experience with new equipment and technology in a hospital setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to engage professionally with staff and patients while maintaining the dress code (Caribbean Blue scrubs).
