• Dayshift, Full-time, 8.5-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings.
• Assess patient condition, develop care plans, and administer treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
• Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and documentation protocols.
• BLS certification.
