Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage an average of 12-14 patient visits per day, including follow-up visits with potential double-booking
• Achieve productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week
• Collaborate with clinic staff and obtain prior approval for any overtime hours
• Float to other clinics as needed to ensure optimal coverage and patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in Tennessee
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong patient communication and clinical skills
