Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 4 days per week, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams across multiple facilities.
• Provide therapy services at two locations within Steubenville and St. Clairsville, Ohio.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state occupational therapy license or certification.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
