Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven occupational therapy services to a diverse patient caseload
- Accurately document patient care using a web-based EMR system
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and progress
- Meet clinical, departmental, and regulatory standards
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAOTE-accredited school
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Maryland
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Strong communication, time management, and flexibility skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
- New graduates or experienced clinicians welcome
- Experience working with neurological, behavioral health, orthopedic, post-surgical, or critical care patients is a plus
