Job Title
• LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location
• Silver City, NM
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, nights shift, rotating schedule, local only, 12.5-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and monitor residents’ health status
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and update care plans
• Document patient care and vital signs accurately
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of New Mexico
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work night shifts and adhere to rotating schedule
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in LTC or SNF setting preferred
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
