Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services primarily for orthopedic patients.
• Evaluate patient condition, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members across clinics for comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure productivity expectations are met, with an average of 12-14 patient visits per day.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed, with supervision and approval from the director for overtime.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule with approximately 36 hours guaranteed weekly.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics if needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with orthopedic outpatient patients.
• Willingness to accept new graduates or first-time travelers.
• Knowledge of productivity metrics and documentation requirements.
