- Nights, Part-time (3 shifts per week), 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status
- Collaborate with healthcare team to implement care plans
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF preferred
- Ability to work night shifts efficiently and independently
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced long-term care or skilled nursing environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
