Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality laboratory testing and diagnostic procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Prepare and analyze specimens, ensuring accurate and timely results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Follow proper procedures for specimen handling, processing, and disposal.
• Document test results accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with medical staff to support diagnosis and treatment plans.

Required Qualifications

• Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), Medical Technologist (MT), or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) certification/license.
• Ability to perform laboratory testing with precision and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting.
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems and instrumentation.
• Experience with a variety of laboratory information and diagnostic testing methods.
