Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, days shift, Monday through Friday with weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
• Support patient rehabilitation and recovery activities within a skilled nursing facility.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in therapy areas and training spaces.
• Utilize various rehabilitation equipment and tools to aid patient recovery.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and document patient progress accurately.
• Strong verbal communication skills and patient-focused attitude.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with therapy equipment such as Nustep, Omnicycle, and training kitchens or bedrooms.
• Prior experience working in a long-term care or SNF environment.
