Schedule / Job Type
- Night shift, 13-week travel assignment, full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown units following hospital protocols and standards
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergent situations promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications, perform procedures such as Foley insertions and IV starts
- Document patient information accurately using Cerner EMR system
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during 12.5-hour shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a similar setting
- ACLS certification
- NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Neuro unit experience
- Experience with Neuro procedures and patient care
- Outgoing, self-motivated personality fit
