- Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location
- Winona Lake, IN
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week assignment
- Night shifts, 8 hours per shift, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting
- Monitor patient health and document observations accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and patient needs
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Indiana
- Strong knowledge of patient care procedures in long-term care
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting
- BLS certification
