Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret BSPT treatment plans and prescriptions
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Schedule and document treatments efficiently, typically treating 2 patients per hour
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, typically lasting 1 hour
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Adapt to flexible scheduling options, including options for 4x9, 4x10, or 5x8 shifts, with evening hours until 7:00 pm, and a 30-day cancel notice

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 months of outpatient (OP) experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings post-clinicals
• Proficiency in reading BSPT documentation
• Completion of three HealthStream modules prior to assignment
• Ability to work flexible shifts and evenings as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with outpatient populations
• Familiarity with Raintree EMR system
