**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services in a general rural practice setting

- Perform and document patient care using Epic electronic health records

- Utilize specialized equipment including blood flow restriction, ultrasound/e-stim, iontophoresis, and general therapy tools

- Deliver department and patient-specific orientation and treatment planning

- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary department that includes occupational therapy, speech therapy, and cardiac rehab

- Float to satellite clinic locations as needed

**Required Qualifications**

- Active Minnesota Physical Therapist (PT) licensure

- Current BLS certification

- Proficiency in general physical therapy skills and clinical practice

- Ability to badge in and out at the facility per compliance requirements

**Preferred Experience / Skills**

- Active Iowa Physical Therapist licensure

- Prior experience in a rural or critical access hospital setting

- Familiarity with Epic documentation systems
