Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week, call required
Key Responsibilities
• Provide interventional radiology imaging and procedures as a Radiology Technologist
• Cross-train into IR Radiology Tech role if currently ARRT-R certified with 2+ years of experience
• Ensure proper operation of imaging equipment and ensure patient safety during procedures
• Assist in preparing patients and maintaining sterile environments during interventions
• Collaborate with medical team to support accurate and efficient diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
Required Qualifications
• ARRT-R Radiography certification (ARRT-R) is required
• Licensed by the Texas Medical Board as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Certification in one of the following within two years of hire: ARRT-CI, ARRT-CV, or ARRT-VI interventional radiology certifications
• 2+ years of radiologic technologist experience with strong interventional procedures background
