Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedics and surgical patient population.
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily with double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and ensure patient care is delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Float to other clinics within the network as needed.
• Maintain documentation and comply with facility policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.
• Ability to work dayshift hours.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in orthopedics, surgical, worker’s compensation, or MVA cases.
• Outpatient clinic experience is desirable.
