• Full-time, night shift (3x12-hour shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CT imaging equipment to acquire diagnostic images
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare team to meet patient care needs
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Adhere to facility protocols and documentation procedures

Required Qualifications

• ARRT RT (R) (CT) certification
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a Level 1 Trauma or similar setting
• Siemens imaging equipment experience preferred
• Radiation badge provided by staffing agency (must be supplied at start of assignment)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1 year of CT imaging experience
• Previous experience working in a teaching hospital or Level 1 Trauma center
• Ability to float within scope to sister facilities as needed

Additional Information

• Must have South Carolina license or proof of application in hand at time of start
• Travel radius is 60 miles; local candidates considered at modified rate
• On-call rotation included; RTO requests must be submitted at time of application
• All candidates must supply a radiation badge, as MUSC does not provide badges for travelers
• Hurricane season considerations: employees may be assigned to emergency response teams during peak months (June-November)

Note: All shifts are night hours (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM). Candidates must complete all pre-employment compliance before reporting.
