Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients.
- Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities under supervision.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate therapy records.
- Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals through therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Minimum of 8 hours shift availability.
- Ability to work daytime hours on scheduled weekdays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a therapy or healthcare setting preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient or hospital environments.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols.
