Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients.
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities under supervision.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate therapy records.
• Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals through therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Minimum of 8 hours shift availability.
• Ability to work daytime hours on scheduled weekdays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a therapy or healthcare setting preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or hospital environments.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols.
