Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, 13-week assignment, Days shift, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Administer physical therapy treatments using standard equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress in electronic medical records.
• Float between acute care and inpatient rehab units as needed.
• Adhere to hospital and unit policies, including dress code and safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 6 months of recent (within the last year) experience in the physical therapy field.
• At least 1 year of experience in inpatient rehab or acute care settings preferred.
• Valid license or certification to practice as a physical therapist in Texas.
• Ability to perform evaluations and treatments independently.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in NICU, ICU, or inpatient rehab.
• Willingness to float between different units as needed.
• Strong knowledge of acute and rehab-specific equipment.
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system.
