- Full-time, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Days shift
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and advanced nuclear medicine imaging procedures.
- Support other imaging technologists and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in quality assurance activities.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols and maintain accurate daily logs.
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide patient-centered care.
- Stay current with technical, safety, and procedural developments in nuclear medicine.
Required Qualifications
- Nuclear Medicine Technology certification (ARRT or NMTCB).
- State licensure as an LRT (N) or (F) in Louisiana.
- Basic computer skills.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program or equivalent.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- At least 1 year of clinical nuclear medicine experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment or system malfunctions.
- Flexibility to work at multiple campuses and shifts as needed.
