Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to patients in a clinic setting
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams as needed
• Assist in maintaining smooth clinic operations and adhere to facility protocols
• Potentially float to other clinics within the area when needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week with 36 hours guaranteed
• Ability to see approximately 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-ups expected
• Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience
• Comfortable with managing a high-volume patient load
• Strong documentation and communication skills
