Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for various diagnoses.
• Implement therapy to improve patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and functional abilities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs to promote recovery.
• Contribute to reducing patient wait times by supporting increased rehabilitation services.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or valid compact license for Colorado.
• Minimum of two years of physical therapy experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
